Adam Hayes brings a strong track record of operational leadership to Bandalong International. With experience spanning environmental engineering, manufacturing, and real estate, he has spent more than two decades helping organizations streamline processes, strengthen teams, and drive sustainable growth.

Before joining our team, Adam served as COO and Chief Sustainability Officer for High Road, where he oversaw procurement, plant expansion, production, and supply chain operations during a period of rapid growth. He has also led regional engineering efforts, advised Georgia Tech’s Manufacturing Extension Partnership on strategic development, and founded Next Mesa, a consulting firm supporting clients across industrial, logistics, retail, and construction sectors.

Adam’s expertise includes strategic planning, manufacturing process improvement, waste minimization, capital planning, and change management. He’s known for pairing sharp analytical skills with an adaptable, people-focused leadership style—an approach that makes him a natural fit for guiding our company’s continued expansion.

Outside of work, Adam loves spending time on the lake with his family and enjoys any chance he gets to be out on the water.

At Bandalong International, Katrina Hill serves as the General Manager and HR Manager, a dual role in which she showcases her multifaceted skills and dedication. Katrina's responsibilities at Bandalong International are as diverse as they are critical – encompassing all HR duties, overseeing daily operations, and mastering the art of problem-solving.

Her role in human resources is pivotal in creating and maintaining a work environment that is not only productive but also supportive and inclusive. Katrina's expertise in managing various aspects of HR, from recruitment to employee relations, ensures that our team is well-supported and poised for success. As a general manager, her sharp problem-solving skills and operational oversight keep our day-to-day activities running smoothly, reflecting her commitment to excellence in every facet of her work.

At Bandalong International, he focuses on promoting technologies like the Bandalong Litter Trap™ and StormX™ Netting Trash Trap—systems designed to capture litter and pollutants before they reach rivers, lakes, and oceans.

Through a combination of digital marketing, community outreach, and strategic partnerships, Ian helps connect municipalities, universities, and organizations to sustainable solutions that protect waterways and support cleaner communities. His attention to detail and commitment to storytelling ensure that Bandalong International’s mission—to safeguard our planet’s waterways for future generations—resonates with audiences across all levels.

Outside of work, Ian enjoys spending time with his family and helping lead a local Trail Life Troop that his son is a part of, fostering faith, leadership, and outdoor adventure among the next generation.
